One person died in an overnight vehicle crash in Lexington County, according to Master Trooper David Jones of the S.C. Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at 12:40 a.m. Monday, on SC Highway 6 at Martin Kneece Road, said Jones.
One person, heading west on SC 6 died. The person was alone in a 2017 Toyota truck. The truck left the road, on the left side, and hit a tree.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision. The Lexington County Coroner has not yet released the victim’s name.
